Truman College Partnership
RIC is a proud partner of the Business and Industry Services Division of Truman College. Our goal is to provide training opportunities to the Ravenswood Industrial Corridor. This training includes a wide variety of programs in Management, Professional Development, Strategic Planning, Information Technology, Computer Applications, Manufacturing Technology, Industrial Services, Biotechnology, Warehousing, Healthcare Training Services, and many others.
Through this partnership, local businesses are eligible to participate in open enrollment courses provided by the the Business and Industry Services Division. As a RIC member, your company is eligible to recieve a 15% discount on the cost. In addition, you may be eligible to recieve other financial aid through city and state incentives.

Training courses can be provided at a convenient location right here in the Corridor by highly qualified trainers or customized training courses may also be available onsite at your place of business.
The Business and Industry Services Division has a long history of success in working directly with companies and trade organizations to design training and consulting programs that address their specific needs. They are now offering this training to the community at large--employers, employees, and area residents--with their new Open Enrollment program. All instructors are experts in their subject as well as business professionals with real-world experience. Prepare business forms, including invoices, sales receipts, credit memos, and purchase orders
Receive payments and apply credits to a payment
Receive items into inventory
Use the Find window to search for completed forms
Write and print checks, transfer funds between accounts, edit transactions, enter and pay bills, and start the payroll setup process
Create, modify, memorize, and print reports; and create and modify budgets
Set up a new company file by completing the EasyStep Interview Work with lists, including the Chart of Accounts window and the Customer, Job, Vendor, and Item lists.
