Small Business Improvement Fund

Small Business Improvement Funds (SBIF) are now available to support interior or exterior improvement to your business.

Alderman Gene Schulter, in partnership with the Department of Planning and Development, is pleased to announce the availability fo SBIF Grants for businesses within the Ravenswood Industrial TIF District.  These grants are up to $50,000 and can be utilized to remodel the interior or exterior of your business.  For more information on the SBIF Grants, please contact the City of Chicago at 1-312-360-3300.
